O’Neal to Host Telephone Town Hall Meeting with AHN Doctor

HARRISBURG – Rep. Tim O’Neal (R-Washington) today announced that he will be hosting a telephone town hall meeting on Tuesday, March 31, with Dr. Thomas Corkery, chief medical officer at Canonsburg Hospital, part of the Allegheny Health Network (AHN).

Residents of the 48th Legislative District should expect a telephone call shortly before 5:20 p.m. For those with cellular telephones, they can sign up here to receive a call. Those interested also can call in at 1-877-229-8493 and use ID Code 118400. Web audio streaming is available here.

“While my telephone town hall meetings normally focus entirely on legislative activity, I thought in light of the pandemic it would be helpful to have a doctor available to address COVID-19 specific issues,” O’Neal said. “Due to patient confidentiality, some questions may not be able to be addressed. I hope many people will use this opportunity to ask questions about state-related concerns too.”

The 48th Legislative District in Washington County includes the city of Washington; Chartiers, North Franklin, North Strabane and South Strabane townships; and Canonsburg, East Washington and Houston boroughs.
