HARRISBURG – Rep. Tim O’Neal (R-Washington) today announced he will be offering satellite district office hours in Canonsburg and North Strabane beginning in February.
“Late last year, I made the difficult decision to permanently close my Houston District Office,” O’Neal said. “My goal has always been to be accessible to all of my constituents. However, the pandemic caused a huge uptick in work with most people seeking assistance from the Washington office. We needed an all-hands-on-deck approach there and having my staff split their days between the two locations was not an efficient or effective use of the time. These satellite hours will assist the areas most impacted by the Houston office closing.”
Starting on Feb. 3, my staff will be available on the first and third Wednesday of each month from 9 a.m. to noon in the Canonsburg Borough Building, 68 E. Pike St., Canonsburg. We will also be available the first Wednesday of each month from 1-4 p.m. at the North Strabane Municipal Building, 1929 Route 519, Canonsburg. No appointment is necessary.
“If there is an additional need for our services in those areas, we will consider offering more days in the future,” O’Neal added. “As always, my Washington office is open each weekday and can be reached at 724-223-4541.”
State information also is available on O’Neal’s website,
