O’Neal to Host Veterans Brunch

HARRISBURG – Rep. Tim O’Neal (R-Washington) today announced he will host his annual Veterans Brunch on Friday, May 23.

The free event will be held from 10 a.m. to noon at the North Franklin Municipal Building, 345 Franklin Farms Road, Washington. RSVPs are required by Friday, May 9, by calling O’Neal’s district office at 724-223-4541 or visiting RepONeal.com/events. Each veteran may bring a guest.

"Every year, I hold this event between Armed Forces Day and Memorial Day to express my gratitude to those who have served in defense of our freedoms,” O’Neal said. “As a veteran myself, I understand the sacrifices involved. Whether you’ve joined us before or this will be your first time, I look forward to seeing you. I encourage all veterans in the 48th Legislative District to come and bring a guest."

The 48th Legislative District in Washington County covers the city of Washington; Amwell, part of Carroll (Districts 3, 4 and 5), East Finley, Fallowfield, Morris, North Franklin, part of North Strabane (Districts 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5), Nottingham, Somerset, South Franklin, South Strabane, and West Finley townships; and the boroughs of Donora, East Washington and Green Hills.
