September 15, 2026

HARRISBURG – Rep. Tim O’Neal (R-Washington) and Sen. Camera Bartolotta (R-Beaver/Greene/Washington) today announced more than $2.17 million in Local Share Account (LSA) grants from the Commonwealth Financing Authority (CFA) for projects throughout the 48th Legislative District.

Act 71 of 2004 provides for the distribution of LSA gaming revenues through the CFA to support projects of public interest within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

“These grants will address a number of community needs throughout the 48th Legislative District,” O’Neal said. “From stormwater problems to needed municipal equipment to recreational priorities, these projects will benefit the community as a whole. I remain committed to advocating for funding for Washington County.”

“I'm proud to have worked closely with Representative O'Neal to secure these investments, which reflect what our communities have been asking for, from stabilizing Columbia Road to equipping townships to better handle flooding, stormwater and aging infrastructure,” Bartolotta said. “Other projects will improve safety and quality of life, like new water lines for families who haul water in dry months, park and recreation upgrades, and safer conditions for older residents at Century Plaza.”
